E-scape from Reality: Michigan

As the end of summer approaches, we managed to fit in a quick trip to Michigan. The weather was fantastic and the cool nights reminded us that fall will be here before we know it.

Our trip included a ferry ride to Mackinac Island and a stop in Pontiac for Roadkill Nights. Despite the summer crowds, we had a great time exploring the island and of course got some fudge before we departed. Roadkill Nights included lots of interesting cars, drag racing, and getting to see the Roadkill crew in action. This event brought a lot of car lovers together for an enjoyable day.

What a terrific way to spend a long weekend!
